Cornelius Fire Damage to Porch

This porch in Cornelius had fire damage affecting the exterior of the structure. The SERVPRO technicians found the affected areas of vinyl siding and decorative shutters had charring too extensive for restoration. The ceiling of the porch had partial damage and a portion of the ceiling panels required disposal. Damaged panels hung from the ceiling fan, but fortunately, the fan needed cleaning only. The chairs from the outdoor patio set received too much heat damage for restoration and required disposal. The homeowner replaced them as seen in the After Photo. SERVPRO replaced the damaged vinyl siding matching it nicely and the area with shutter loss received new ones to make the exterior restoration complete.
