Toilet Suppy Line in Charlotte, NC

This is the result of a toilet supply line in a wall upstairs in a Charlotte, North Carolina home. Water damage caused issues on both the main level and second story of this beautiful home. Notice the extent of the water damage from what most would think wouldn't cause a big issue. Leaks from toilets, water heaters, washers, sinks that are active can cause big long term effects. 

In the before photo you can see the ceiling had water damage. In the after picture you can see where our water mitigation made sure the area was completely dried and our reconstruction team finished the job.
